#31. When may you drive at the maximum speed limit?
(a) At any time.
(b) In the daylight only.
(c) When condition of highway and traffic permits this speed in safety.

#32. To avoid being temporarily blinded by approaching headlights, you should:
(a) look to the right edge of the highway.
(b) look to the left edge of the highway.
